Born in Bologne, starting from the mid ’80s her comic strips and illustrations are published by Italian and foreign magazines, among which Frigidaire, Echo des Savanes, Linus, Zero Zero, Il Manifesto, La Repubblica, and for over 20 years, by the weekly magazine Internazionale. Named best complete author at the Festival di Lucca Comics, she publishes various comic and illustrated books such as Pasticca, publisher Einaudi; The Wipeout, Fantagraphics Books; Hiawata Pete, Grenuord, Cronache dalla Palude, publisher Coconino Press; Un’estate a Tombstone, publisher Comix-Panini; Pronto -Soccorso and Beauty-Case by S.
